Anne Best

Anne Best Senior Vice President, International, Iron Mountain

Anne joined Iron Mountain as Vice President of Human Resources for Europe in December 2006. She was promoted to her current position of Senior Vice President for Iron Mountain International in November 2009. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Anne was with Exel plc. for over 10 years, where she held a number of senior HR roles, including HR Director-Consumer Europe, HR Director-Technology & Global Freight Management EMEA and HR Director-Global Functions. In this last role, she worked on the integration of Exel to become part of DHL following the acquisition of Exel by Deutsche Post World Net. Anne's early career was with C&J Clark where she moved from retail into HR. She then held HR roles with Diageo and Scottish & Newcastle before joining Exel in 1995.

Anne has a BA in History from Kings College London and an MA in Managing Human Resources from Kingston University Business School. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and Member of the IOD.

Anne has lived in Zambia, Sweden and India. Outside of work, her interests include travelling, keeping fit and cooking.

Brien Posey

Brien Posey Brien Posey is a technical expert and writer who has received Microsoft’s MVP award fourteen times for his work with Windows Server, IIS, Exchange Server, and File Systems / Storage. He has written or contributed to dozen books and video training courses, and has written many thousands of technical articles and white papers for a variety of printed publications and Web sites. In addition to his writing, Posey routinely speaks at IT conferences and is involved in a wide variety of other technology related projects. Prior to going freelance, he served as CIO for a national chain of hospitals and healthcare facilities. Posey has also served as a Network Engineer for the United States Department of Defense at Fort Knox, and as a Network Administrator for some of the nation’s largest insurance companies. - See more at:

Charlotte Marshall

Charlotte Marshall Joined Iron Mountain in November 2013 as Managing Director for Iron Mountain UK, Ireland and Norway. Prior to this appointment, she had a successful career at Rentokil Initial Facilities, where she was Managing Director of the Initial Facilities, Healthcare Group, a role in which she was responsible for leading a 3000-strong team to deliver Integrated Facilities Management solutions to customers across Europe, including 35 NHS Trusts in the UK. Charlotte has also held senior Operational and Commercial roles with Sodexo, Patientline and Clinovia.

Craig Grimestad

Craig Grimestad Craig Grimestad is a Senior Consultant with Iron Mountain Consulting. His specialty is designing Records and Information Management core components with a sub-specialty for Records and Information Management auditing. His passion is for establishing corporate Information Governance that extends from the boardroom to the desktop. Craig holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Illinois. Prior to joining the Iron Mountain Team in 2008, Craig was Records Manager for the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors where he participated in the development of the GM Corporate Records and Information Management programme. He implemented and managed Electro-Motive Division’s Records and Information Management programme. Craig is a recognised thought leader with a regular column and occasional feature articles in iQ magazine (the journal of Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia), featuring his blog series “The Psychology of Records Management”.

Christian Toon

Christian Toon Christian Toon is a former Iron Mountain employee who now works closely with our business within his new role: Senior Cyber Security Expert at PwC UK. Christian's thought leadership in this space is well-acknowledged across the industry.

Christian has obtained numerous industry specific and recognised qualifications, he is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner and ISO IEC 27001:2005 Lead Auditor as well as holding auditing qualifications with ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and 14001. Christian has also completed all the Information Assurance Levels from the National School of Government. Christian's application to the Institute of Information Security Professionals (IISP) is currently under review along with a potential application to further his development with an Masters in Information Security.

Eileen Sweeney

Eileen Sweeney Senior Vice President and General Manager, Data Management
Eileen Sweeney leads Iron Mountainês Global Data Management business which provides service to more than 30,000 customers across 75 markets via nearly 100 data management facilities. Sweeney is responsible for the continued development of the data management portfolio to support customersê evolving information management needs. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Sweeney served as Vice President and General Manager of CSCês global manufacturing segment where she improved the groupês pipeline development and increased operating growth. She spent 20 years with CSC, and held a number of senior positions including global president of the manufacturing sector and managing director of the consulting group. Prior to CSC, Sweeney worked at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and General Electric. She holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Union College.

Elizabeth Bramwell

Elizabeth Bramwell Elizabeth has overall responsibility for the Commercial Function within Iron Mountain UK. In this capacity she leads the business development and customer retention activities on behalf of Iron Mountain UK. She is also responsible for ensuring that Iron Mountain continues to develop propositions that respond to customer and market demands and maintains its position as a leader in records and information management.

Elizabeth joined Iron Mountain in November 2014, after more than 20 years in the IT & Telecommunications industry. In her last role, as Sales Director at Kcom she was responsible for leading a £230m revenue business with a team of more than 170 people, covering all aspects of the sales function within the Kcom b2b brand. Prior to this she spent 11 years at Cable & Wireless where she undertook a number of senior sales leadership roles. These included managing the Systems Integration business and leading the Strategic Accounts team which was responsible for the retention and growth of client accounts across all of the key vertical sectors for C&W.

Gavin Siggers

Gavin Siggers Gavin Siggers is an information governance and records management expert with over twenty years’ experience as both a practitioner and consultant. As the Director for Professional Services at Iron Mountain, he leads the information governance advisory practice for Europe.
He is a board member for the UK Chapter of ARMA International and was previously the European Region Director. In addition, he is a mentor for the Information and Records Management Society.

Gavin specialises in leading clients through the development of information management strategies and a usable governance framework for their information assets that takes account of business, legal and regulatory requirement.

Gavin has worked across industry verticals throughout Europe and the USA, delivering strategic business side consultancy in information governance and system design, implementation and training.

John Apthorpe

John Apthorpe John Apthorpe, Commercial Director, Iron Mountain

John Apthorpe heads up Iron Mountain’s business services sector in the UK. His primary objective is to lead and drive commercial strategy and business development activities across a range of large corporate organisations and ensure Iron Mountain is the market leader in records and information management.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain in 2005, John was with IT content delivery firm Akamai, where he was responsible for the sale and implementation of cloud based SaaS solutions for customers. With over 20 years experience, John has also held a number of senior roles with IT companies. His experience of working with large corporate clients extends to organisations from all industry sectors, although he has specialised in working with commercial organisations including Iron Mountain’s largest energy clients over the past three years.

John holds an MBA from Henley Management College and a BA (Hons) in business studies.

Juerg Meier

Juerg Meier Juerg works on the Iron Mountain Professional Services team and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. He has worked for more than 30 years in IT, with 12 of those years in the Records and Information Management departments at large financial institutions as a software architect and analyst. His main focus is on Enterprise Information Architecture and enforcing Information Governance, including metadata modelling, capture and linkage to other datasets. He also focuses on ensuring the protection and lifecycle of records in terms of policies, user experience and IT infrastructure.
