John Sharpe

John Sharpe John Sharpe is Director of Product Management for Iron Mountain’s Data Management business. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for backup, disaster recovery, and archiving. Creating new offerings that will allow our customers to extract more value from their media, whether new or archival, is central to Mr. Sharpe’s work. His primary overall objective is to ensure that Iron Mountain is a trusted information partner for our customers – and much more than a storage vendor. Mr. Sharpe has over 15 years of experience in engineering, corporate strategy, and product management. He holds a BA in computer science from Boston College and an MBA in finance from Yale.

John Woolley

John Woolley Head of Technical Sales at Iron Mountain

John is a sales and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience within the IT industry. For the last 10 years, John has been an evangelist for data centre virtualization and data management, working to bring innovative solutions to solve real data issues.

As Head of Technical Sales for Iron Mountain, John defines and drives Iron Mountain’s Cloud Data Management solutions. He also recommends and defines the strategy for Data Management products and services based on customer interactions.

Prior to Iron Mountain, John held several roles as a Sales Manager and, most recently, as a Data Protection Specialist.

Jon Toigo

Jon Toigo Jon Toigo is the CEO and managing principal of Toigo Partners International and chairman of the Data Management Institute. He is the author of 15 books, including five on the subject of business continuity planning.

Jeroen Strik

Jeroen Strik Jeroen Strik is Managing Director of Iron Mountain Netherlands, a position he has held since 2006.

Together with his team of fifteen professionals, he is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative information management solutions with over 18,000 customers and the acquisition of new clients.

The mission of the commercial team is to establish longstanding relationships as a basis to support customers proactively in the field of physical and digital information management. Of key importance here are the migration to digital working, cost reduction and compliance with laws and regulations.

Before joining Iron Mountain, Jeroen worked for twelve years with Getronics PinkRoccade in a number of roles, including Business Unit Manager Infrastructure, Commercial Director Financial Sector and Solution Director Migrations Services.

Jeroen graduated in Telecommunications from the InHolland college.

Michael Zurcher

Michael Zurcher Director and Senior Counsel, Privacy and Compliance

Michael has over twenty years of experience in data privacy and protection matters. At Iron Mountain, he is Director and Senior Counsel for Privacy and Compliance, with a focus on HIPAA, GLB, PCI DSS, “Safe Harbor”, European, Asian and South American data protection laws. In addition, Michael focuses on general compliance and regulatory matters, including building and managing policies and controls, providing training, conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance functions, and creating and sustaining awareness of risks.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Michael was in-house counsel with a life science company and in private practice in Boston, San Francisco, Zurich and Geneva.

Namir Batavia

Namir Batavia Namir joined Iron Mountain in January 2013 as a Business Development Executive. He was promoted to his current role in 2016 as a Business Development Manager of IPM across EMEIA.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Namir had various undergraduate and postgraduate roles at IBM and HSBC covering a wide range of areas including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. Namir also worked in software Contingency and Integration managing The Olympic Delivery Authority, amongst other key large projects.

Namir holds a BA in Business Management from Nottingham Business School where he specialised in undergraduate research around IT Change Management.

Outside of work, Namir enjoys culture and keeping fit. He is a keen long distance runner representing Godiva Harriers, running at national standard.

Paul Gillin

Paul Gillin Paul Gillin is a writer, speaker and B2B content marketing strategist who specialises in social media and IT. He helps organisations understand and use social media to build their brands and strengthen customer relationships. Paul is the author of five books and more than 400 articles on the topic of social media and digital marketing. He was the social media columnist for B2B magazine for seven years and is currently a staff columnist at He also writes regularly for the tech news site SiliconAngle. Previously, Paul was a technology journalist for 23 years. Phil Greenwood

Phil Greenwood Phil Greenwood is Country Managing Director & Commercial Director at Iron Mountain responsible for delivering information and records management solutions into the UK's largest Public, Private and NHS customers.

Phil directs and runs specialist sector teams aligned to the sector specific requirements of Iron Mountain's clients. These requirements demand innovative solutions that deliver compliance and governance as well as efficiency and cost cutting in order to transform business results and improve the way organisations use their information.

Phil has over 10 years' experience working with UK and International records management. He is involved with the UK Information and Records Management Society. Phil has worked within service delivery and customer facing roles, as well as in general management roles within the outsourcing and information management industries. Legally qualified, Phil has also spent time as a fee earner within law firms and has a strong understanding of the way that information and services drive the core business of client organisations.

Patrick Keddy

Patrick Keddy Patrick Keddy, EVP and General Manager North America and Western Europe at Iron Mountain

Patrick Keddy took up the position of Senior Vice President, Western Europe, at Iron Mountain in November 2011. In April 2015, he also took on North American responsibilities. Patrick is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and the profitability of the company's mature markets. Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the position. He has a strong track record of leading international and European businesses, improving their performance through stronger integration, strategic investments and optimisation. Patrick worked at British Gas for 13 years and then moved to Pitney Bowes for a further 22 years, where he held positions including VP for Europe and President of PB International. In this latter role, he ran an autonomous $1.2 billion revenue business unit with, at its peak, 8,000 employees across 28 countries.

Patrick holds a BSc in Administrative Science from the University of Aston in Birmingham and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys travel, history, cars and listening to all kinds of music from classical to classic rock. He likes to watch a variety of sports and enjoys keeping fit, skiing and playing golf.
